Haysboro. We tried selling on our own first thinking we could get more in our pockets that way. We got very low offers on our own. Trent's marketing got us a real buyer that paid $40,000 more than any of the private offers we had trying to sell it ourselves.

Beddington. We had our home listed with another agent for 4 months and we couldn't sell it. We had a little interest at first but it just died out. Trent showed our home off to it's best advantage.
